For a customer in the United States (Houston) we produced a fully optioned mobile prover. To make the test bench of high quality we designed extra features like ‘status’ lights. This way the operator is able to see what the test bench is doing without being directly next to it.

With the optional hose connection they are even able to load it into a small delivery van and do the calibration right out of the back of it. The test bench is also equipped with quick connect adaptors to easily switch between meter sizes of 1.5” up to 6”.

The test bench can be installed on a desk as well and is able to calibrate flow rates of 0.25 m³/h up to 400 m³/h.

For this prover we used special valves which are electrically powered and don’t need pneumatic connection or air supply. Only requirement is a power supply of 220 – 240 V.
